How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your work email to start a 7-day trial with full access. No credit card required for Starter. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI chat and compute jobs pause until your credits refresh at the start of the next billing cycle. You can also enable overage billing at $0.60/credit to avoid interruptions.
Are there seat minimums?
Starter has no minimum. Team requires at least 3 seats. Enterprise minimums are negotiated per contract.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
What GPU access is included?
Starter plans do not include GPU. Team plans include 5 hours of T4 GPU per seat per month. Enterprise plans include custom T4 + A100 allocations.
